Document Viewer Tools

The tab bar in the upper-left corner of the Document Viewer gives you access to tools for viewing, searching, annotating, redacting, and signing documents.

Page navigation tools

Use the page navigation tools in the upper-right corner of the Document Viewer to move between pages. The available tools can change depending on the selected tab.

Description

Select Text: Select Select Text to select text on your document.

Pan Tool: Select Pan Tool to use your cursor to click and drag.

Zoom Out: Select Zoom Out to zoom out.

Zoom Percent: The value in this field changes as you zoom in and out. You can also type a specific zoom percentage in this field.

Zoom In: Select Zoom In to zoom in.

Fit Content: Select Fit Content to fit the content of the document to the current size of the document viewer.

Full Screen: Select this to toggle full screen mode.

View tools

Use the View tools to change how the document appears.

Description
A small gray button which looks like a group of four squares arranged in a square shape.

Thumbnail: Open a pane that shows thumbnails of document pages. Select a thumbnail to open that page.
A small gray button which looks like a magnifying glass.

Magnifier Tool: Magnify part of the document.
A small gray button which looks like a square with a dotted border and a plus symbol in the square's center.

Rectangle Zoom: Select an area to magnify.
A small gray button which looks like an arrow rotating something 180 degrees.

Rotate Document: Rotate the entire document 90 degrees clockwise.
A small gray button which looks like an arrow in a box which is rotating something 180 degrees.

Rotate Page: Rotate the current page 90 degrees clockwise.
A small gray button which looks like lines getting gradually thinner.

Image Tools: Adjust Sharpening, Gamma, and Line Width. Use Line Width for AutoCAD .dwg files.
A gray button which looks like a printer.

Print: Open the print options.
A gray button which looks like a downwards-pointing arrow.

Download: Open the download options.
